The pilot activated the parachute when the plane fell. The plane was already in a spin and at a lower height than the limit of 60m above the ground. Nevertheless, he activated the Galaxy GRS 5/450 parachute, which, despite the low altitude, did not fully inflate. The pilot was injured but survived.
